Software Trainer / Technical Trainer
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Trainer to train students and fresh graduates in software technologies and help them become industry-ready. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical sessions, preparing training materials, guiding projects, and supporting placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions on software technologies.
- Explain concepts with real-time examples and hands-on practice.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
- Guide students in mini projects and final projects.
- Conduct mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and resume preparation support.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring.
- Update course content based on current industry trends.
- Maintain attendance, student feedback, and training reports.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply.
- 1–3 years of training or industry experience preferred.
Preferred Qualities
- Positive attitude and patience in handling students.
- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging sessions.
- Industry exposure or project experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,333.64 per month
