Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and client-handling skills to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential leads.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
