Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually appealing designs. Whether you are a fresher with a strong portfolio or an experienced designer, if you have a keen eye for aesthetics and enjoy creating engaging visual content, we'd love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for designing creative assets for digital marketing, social media, branding, and print media while working closely with the marketing and development teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, standees, business cards, catalogs, company profiles, presentations, newsletters, and annual reports.
- Develop concepts, layouts, illustrations, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Design visually appealing content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, content writers, photographers, web developers, printers, and other creative team members.
- Understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare artwork suitable for both digital and print production.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW
- Ability to create creative concepts from scratch.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or above).
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media branding.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software) is desirable.
- Knowledge of 3D design software such as 3ds Max, Blender, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Professional certification in Graphic Design or Multimedia is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
