Position: CCTV Surveillance Operator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a vigilant and responsible CCTV Surveillance Operator to monitor our company's surveillance systems, identify suspicious activities, and ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and security systems throughout the shift.
- Identify, report, and document any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Immediately notify management or security personnel of security incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance footage and company information.
- Follow company security protocols and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is preferred.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain focused during long monitoring periods.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems.
- Ability to stay calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
Work Schedule: Full-time (Shift-based)
Location: Ghatkopar (Mumbai)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
