"Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations. Design scalable, secure, and GxP-compliant Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to GxP regulations, data integrity, validation, and audit readiness. Work closely with ZS stakeholders to translate business and compliance needs into technical architecture. Define Health Cloud data models, patient journeys, care plans, and timelines. Design and govern integrations with external systems (EHRs, patient data systems, data platforms). Provide architectural guidance to development teams and review technical deliverables. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and documentation requirements. Support release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness. Mentor senior developers and guide technical decision-making. Required Skills & Experience 8 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture background. Proven experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect. Mandatory GxP experience in regulated Life Sciences / Healthcare environments. Strong understanding of GxP validation, compliance documentation, and audits. Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and advanced Salesforce configurations. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data privacy, and access controls. Excellent communication skills and experience working with global/onshore stakeholders. Good to Have Prior experience working with ZS or similar life sciences clients. Salesforce certifications: System Architect / Technical Architect / Health Cloud Specialist. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or large-scale patient data platforms. Experience in Nearshore / Offshore delivery models. ?
