We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking educator to pioneer our CBSE Skill Subjects portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing and teaching Design Thinking, Marketing, and Mass Media to middle and senior school students.
As these are evolving, practical disciplines, the school has partnered with Brainy Box (a sister company of the renowned theatre organization Theatrica) to provide comprehensive pedagogical training and specialized activity kits. We are looking for an individual with a passion for experiential learning who can confidently use these specialized toolkits to deliver out-of-the-box activities and bring classroom concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Delivery & Experiential Facilitation
- Teach Design Thinking, Marketing, and Mass Media modules in strict alignment with CBSE guidelines using the specialized curriculum framework provided by Brainy Box.
- Transform theoretical concepts into highly engaging classroom experiences driven by practical demonstrations and interactive learning.
- Facilitate experiential, "out-of-the-box" activities designed to foster innovation, critical thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.
2. Kit-Based Learning & Project Management
- Utilize, manage, and execute the hands-on Brainy Box educational kits to drive daily classroom engagement.
- Guide students through CBSE-mandated portfolios, practical files, and real-world projects, bridging the gap between textbook theory and practical industry application.
- Coordinate student-led presentations, pitches, and creative media showcases based on the kit outcomes.
3. Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct formative and summative assessments as per the CBSE blueprint for skill-based subjects.
- Evaluate practical portfolios, viva-voce, and project work with constructive, growth-oriented feedback.
4. Professional Development & Training
- Participate in specialized onboarding and continuous training sessions conducted directly by Brainy Box and Theatrica experts.
- Master the specific theatrical and experiential instruction techniques required to deliver the curriculum effectively.
5. Required Skills & Competencies
- Dynamic Facilitation: Ability to lead hands-on, high-energy, and practical demonstrations rather than traditional lecture-based teaching.
- Out-of-the-Box Thinking: A natural inclination toward creative problem-solving, storytelling, and experiential learning.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹20,728.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
