Job Summary
We are seeking a highly professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Senior Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of front office experience in the hotel industry, with a proven ability to manage front office operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead by example. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations to ensure seamless guest service.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and other departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and front office documentation.
- Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with concierge services, travel arrangements, and guest assistance as required.
- Ensure the reception area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior front office staff and promote adherence to hotel service standards.
- Prepare daily reports and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of Front Office experience in the hotel industry (Mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
- Excellent customer service, leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hotel property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
- Professional appearance with a pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Note: Only candidates with relevant hotel industry experience of 4 years or more will be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
