Position: Speech Therapist
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP/M.Sc. Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent).
- Valid registration/licensure as applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive swallowing (dysphagia) assessments and provide appropriate management and rehabilitation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, home programs, and safe swallowing techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Expertise in both Speech and Swallowing (Dysphagia) Management is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
