Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Inside Sales Representative (0-2 years experience) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into customers over the phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Follow up on inbound marketing leads and conduct outbound outreach (cold calling/emailing) to discover new business opportunities.
- Pitching & Presenting: Understand prospective client needs, handle basic product objections, and present tailored solutions via virtual product walkthroughs.
- Pipeline Management: Guide leads through the initial stages of the sales cycle and maintain a healthy pipeline of active prospects.
- CRM Hygiene: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, call notes, and deal statuses in our sales database.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for daily activity volume (calls/emails) and qualified sales meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or showroom/retail environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communication, or 10th or 12th pass.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with strangers.
- Attitude: A highly resilient mindset, comfortable with handling rejection, and a strong drive to hit targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic comfort with digital tools like MS Office/Google Workspace. Prior familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
