Key Roles & Responsibilities
Visit assigned Lenskart stores regularly and manage all technical & functional optometry operations.
Mentor and coach junior/fresher optometrists on refraction, dispensing, sales pitch, and customer handling.
Support stores during peak business hours and cover optometrist shifts when required.
Ensure high-quality eye testing and dispensing standards across all assigned stores.
Conduct regular audits of eye tests, dispensing quality, instrument calibration, QC drawers, contact lens expiry, and store compliance.
Train store staff on SOPs, eye testing, dispensing, contact lenses, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Improve customer satisfaction (NPS) by resolving customer concerns and enhancing service quality.
Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and performance reviews of optometry staff.
Drive store revenue by increasing eye tests, improving dispensing quality, and reducing product returns.
Work closely with Area Operations Managers (AOMs) and regional teams to achieve business goals.
Maintain daily reports and documentation of store visits.
Travel across assigned locations as per business requirements.
Work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
