Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day executive operations. This role requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and business correspondence.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and executive visits.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare summaries to support business decisions.
Manage office administration related to the CEO's office and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prioritize tasks effectively and anticipate the CEO's requirements.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
