Rologics InfoLabs Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented process associate to support our expanding operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day client processes, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects for global and domestic clients. This is a non-technical position ideal for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities who are eager to build a career in operations and process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Execute day-to-day activities for assigned client processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined SLAs and workflows.
- Data Entry & Processing: Enter, validate, and maintain data in company systems with a high level of accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Customer Service Support: Handle internal and external queries in a professional manner, provide clear and timely information, and coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date process documentation, logs, and records; prepare periodic reports and summaries in line with company standards and client requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor process activities for compliance with quality standards, highlight gaps, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, HR, finance, and client teams) to ensure smooth, end-to-end process execution aligned with client expectations.
- Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, suggesting best practices, and contributing to cost and time optimization efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are performed in line with organizational policies, client guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in BSc, BTech, MCA, or any discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in operations, back-office, BPO, or process-oriented roles (freshers with strong skills and attitude are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); comfort working with web-based tools and internal systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities with a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
