Role Summary:
* Supervise RMA, testing, repair, and refurbishment of small home & kitchen appliances.
* Troubleshoot PCBA and electronic components.
* Lead the repair team and ensure daily targets and quality standards are achieved.
* Coordinate with Warehouse, QC, and Procurement teams.
* Maintain repair records and follow SOPs.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Bachelor's in Electronics/Electrical or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in electronics repair, testing, service center, after-sales service, or RMA operations.
* Good knowledge of PCBA troubleshooting, soldering, and testing equipment.
* Good English communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
