The Inside Sales Manager – US Geography will lead and scale a high-performing inside sales organization focused on the US market. This role is responsible for driving revenue through effective team leadership, sales execution, and campaign management. Success will be measured by consistent quota achievement, optimized sales funnel performance, and the development of strong, self-sustaining sales teams.

Lead, build, and manage teams of Sales Development Representatives and Sales Representatives

Drive quota achievement by enabling the team to meet and exceed individual targets consistently

Execute direct sales enrollments and support appointment conversions when required

Optimize team performance through coaching, mentoring, and performance management

Hire, onboard, train, and develop new sales talent to meet sales and appointment goals

Design, execute, and manage outbound and inbound sales campaigns aligned with business objectives

Analyze sales and campaign data to improve conversion rates and overall funnel performance

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaign strategies effectively

Monitor, audit, and optimize sales processes, KPIs, and KRAs

Develop strong product knowledge to handle escalations and second-level sales conversations

Maintain optimal headcount, manage attrition, and ensure team stability

Act as a strategic counterpart to the Inside Sales Head in driving overall sales strategy

Strong expertise in US inside sales and B2B sales environments

Proven ability to manage, scale, and motivate large sales teams

Hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization

Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve performance metrics

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with neutral accent (no MTI)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 5 years of US market inside sales experience

5+ years of people management experience, handling teams of 10–15 senior sales reps

Prior experience in Education & Training, SaaS, Cloud-based solutions, or top BPOs preferred
