Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor industrial chillers, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
Diagnose faults in compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, and control systems.
Check refrigerant gas pressure, temperature, and leakage.
Maintain proper cooling efficiency and energy optimization.
Handle installation and commissioning of chillers and refrigeration units.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment history records.
Coordinate with external service providers and OEMs when required.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Monitor utility consumption and report abnormalities immediately.
Support production team during machine breakdowns related to cooling systems
