Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator /Billing Operator for our Pharmaceutical CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) operations. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP billing, pharmaceutical invoicing, order processing, stock coordination, and dispatch documentation. The candidate must have good working speed and advanced Excel skills with excellent accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales invoices, stock transfers, delivery challans, and other billing documents in SAP.
- Handle day-to-day pharmaceutical billing operations under the CFA module.
- Process customer/stockist orders accurately and within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Verify product details, batch numbers, expiry dates, quantities, rates, discounts, schemes, and GST details before billing.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, order processing, and dispatch documentation.
- Handle billing corrections, cancellations, credit/debit notes, and other billing-related activities as required.
- Maintain and update billing and dispatch records in SAP and Excel.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly billing and operational reports.
- Reconcile billing data with stock and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and pharmaceutical distribution requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical billing, preferably in CFA, C&F, pharmaceutical distribution, or wholesale operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, sorting, and data reconciliation.
- Excellent typing and data-entry speed with high accuracy.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, batches, expiry, GST, schemes, and billing processes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume billing with speed and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily billing/dispatch deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
