Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding visa documentation, eligibility criteria, and overall application procedures.
- End-to-End Visa Filing: Accurately process and manage complete visa documentation for various categories, including Study, Tourist, Visitor,.
- Case Management: Assist clients in gathering, verifying, and organizing required documents to avoid rejections or delays.
- Policy Compliance: Stay up to date with the latest immigration laws, policies, embassy requirements, and procedural changes.
- Client Communication: Clearly answer client queries, manage expectations, and maintain continuous updates throughout the application lifecycle to ensure high success rates.
Key Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in immigration and visa processing.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of visa filing processes for major destinations (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe).
- Problem Solving: Strong organization, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities under tight deadlines.
