We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project governance, financial operations, and portfolio management activities across multiple initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining project data integrity, supporting financial reconciliation, preparing management reports, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and governance processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Support day-to-day PMO operations by maintaining project governance standards, documentation, and reporting.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain project records, status reports, dashboards, and portfolio documentation.

Assist Project Managers in tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to organizational PMO processes.

Coordinate governance meetings, prepare meeting materials, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.

Support project financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.

Validate project costs, resource allocations, and financial data to ensure accuracy.

Assist in monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and portfolio reporting.

Coordinate with finance and project teams to resolve financial discrepancies and maintain data consistency.

Ensure compliance with financial governance policies and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate project and portfolio information within project management systems.

Generate and analyze project performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.

Support data quality initiatives by validating project information and ensuring reporting accuracy.

Assist in preparing portfolio presentations and management reports for leadership reviews.

Collaborate with Project Managers, PMO leadership, Finance, Business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Support communication across geographically distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Assist in coordinating project governance activities, reviews, and status reporting.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance PMO efficiency and reporting quality.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), project coordination, project administration, or financial operations role.

Experience supporting project governance, reporting, financial tracking, and portfolio management activities.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Planview and/or JIRA.

Familiarity with financial systems; experience with Eclipse is considered an advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking.

Experience developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
