Order Processing & Transaction Management
- Ensure timely processing of confirmed orders.
- Verify order completeness before execution.
- Monitor pending transactions and remove bottlenecks.
- Maintain high accuracy across all execution activities.
Technical & Commercial Validation
Ensure thorough verification of the following before releasing orders into execution:
- Drawings and specifications.
- Manufacturing feasibility.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate effectively with the following stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution:
Finished Goods (FG) Clearance Monitoring
- Follow up for FG clearance.
- Ensure timely installation planning.
- Support reduction in the order-to-cash cycle.
Escalation Management
Handle operational escalations and ensure closure within defined timelines for:
- Production coordination issues.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify repetitive activities suitable for automation.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Support SOP implementation across the team.
- Reduce manual dependency and turnaround time.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
