Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing software engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring high system availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- CI/CD Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Cloud & Server Management: Maintain cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP), configure Linux/Windows servers, and ensure optimal resource utilization and cost optimization.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and scale application containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitoring & Observability: Implement application performance monitoring, log aggregation, and system alerting mechanisms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into pipelines (DevSecOps), conduct vulnerability checks, and ensure access control compliance.
- Collaboration & Incident Response: Partner closely with software developers and QA teams to troubleshoot environment or build issues and respond promptly to production incidents.
Required Technical Skills & QualificationsMandatory Educational Qualification
- Education: B.Tech / B.E., M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. (Candidates holding these specific degrees must apply).
Technical Experience & Skillset
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- CI/CD Tools: Expertise in tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Containerization: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes administration.
- IaC & Configuration: Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for task automation.
- Version Control: Deep understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies.
- Monitoring Tools: Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
Key Candidate Profile Requirements
- Experience: 4.5+ years in dedicated DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering roles.
- Joining Time: Immediate Joiners Only (Candidates serving notice periods over 15 days will not be considered).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Clear oral and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
