About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and analytical Founder’s Office Executive to work closely with the leadership team on business research, strategy, sales, and operations.The role offers hands-on exposure to the B2B technology, KYC, identity verification, and digital onboarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Identify potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
- Support strategic and operational projects led by the Founder’s Office.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights.
- Track key initiatives and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support sales, partnerships, and business development activities.
- Analyze business data and identify growth opportunities.
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, and business workflows.
Requirements
- 6 Months–2 Years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Sales, Consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.
- Ability to use AI for research, analysis, content creation, and workflow automation.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Interest in B2B SaaS, FinTech, KYC, and identity verification.
