Eureka Windows Systems is hiring for Production Supervisor /Shift Incharge for Bangalore - Dabaspet location.
Experience - 3+ years .
CTC - 3.2 Lacs to 4.2 Lacs.
Note : Candidates only from UPVC Experience is considered.
Location - Plot No-150, Sompura 1st Stage, Industrial Area, Thymagondlu Hobli, Dabbaspet Nelamangla Taluka, Bangalore Rural Dist, Karnataka 562132.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and assign daily or weekly shift schedules.
- Monitor production output to meet target quotas.
- Check raw material inventory and request supplies.
- Adjust line workflows to fix bottlenecks or delays.
- Train new staff on machine use and standard steps.
- Coach workers and review performance regularly.
- Assign daily tasks and manage shift attendance.
- Build teamwork and solve interpersonal issues.
- Inspect finished goods to match design specs.
- Report safety hazards or equipment failures immediately.
- Lead routine safety talks and accident checks.
- Schedule routine machine checks and upkeep.
- Call for urgent equipment repairs to limit downtime.
- Write shift progress and output summary reports.
