Reports to: Founder / Business Head
About Athlevate Sports Pvt. Ltd.
Athlevate Sports Pvt. Ltd. operates sports and gymnastics facilities focused on delivering high-quality training and an exceptional experience for children and parents. As we continue to grow our student base and expand our operations, we are looking for a Centre Manager who can drive both centre operations and revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Centre Manager is primarily a sales and business growth role, with responsibility for achieving the centre's enrolment and revenue targets.
This is not a purely administrative or operations role. The ideal candidate will be highly comfortable with sales, follow-ups, parent conversations, lead conversion, upselling and achieving monthly revenue targets, while ensuring the centre runs smoothly.
You will own the complete customer journey from:
Lead Generation → Enquiry → Trial/Demo → Conversion → Enrolment → Renewal → Referral
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue – Primary Responsibility
- Own monthly and quarterly student enrolment and revenue targets for the centre.
- Convert enquiries, walk-ins, trial classes and leads into paid memberships.
- Follow up systematically with all prospective parents and ensure no leads are lost.
- Conduct parent consultations and clearly communicate programmes, benefits, pricing and packages.
- Drive conversion from trial/demo classes to paid enrolments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling programmes, packages and additional classes.
- Drive renewals and reduce student drop-offs.
- Generate referrals from existing parents and students.
- Track the complete sales funnel and maintain accurate CRM/lead records.
- Monitor conversion rates, lead ageing, follow-ups and sales performance.
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Take ownership of achieving the centre's monthly revenue target, not just operational KPIs.
2. Centre Operations
- Ensure the centre operates smoothly every day.
- Manage class schedules, batches, attendance and utilisation.
- Coordinate with coaches to ensure classes start and finish on time.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, organised and parent-friendly.
- Resolve day-to-day parent and student issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure academy policies and processes are consistently followed.
- Monitor equipment and facility requirements and escalate issues where required.
3. Parent & Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with parents and become the primary point of contact for the centre.
- Proactively communicate with parents regarding classes, progress, renewals and programmes.
- Handle complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build a strong parent community and create a positive experience that encourages retention and referrals.
4. Team Management
- Manage the centre's coaching and support team on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure coaches follow schedules and operational processes.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and overall team discipline.
- Work closely with the Head Coach/Program Director to ensure the quality of coaching and student experience.
- Build a performance-oriented culture across the centre.
5. Reporting & Business Management
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and centre performance reports.
- Track:
- Leads received
- Trials booked
- Trials attended
- Conversion %
- New enrolments
- Revenue
- Renewals
- Churn
- Referrals
- Batch utilisation
- Identify gaps in performance and proactively create action plans to close them.
- Provide regular updates to the founders/business head.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, centre management, retail, education, fitness, sports, hospitality or a similar customer-facing business.
- Strong proven sales and target-achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with parents and handling sales conversations.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to convert leads.
- Ability to manage a team and operate independently.
- Strong ownership and accountability for business results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Experience in a children's activity centre, sports academy, fitness centre, education business, preschool or similar business will be an advantage.
Key Success Measures
The Centre Manager will be measured primarily on business outcomes, including:
Revenue → New Enrolments → Trial-to-Paid Conversion → Renewals → Student Retention → Referrals
Operational performance and customer experience will also form part of the evaluation.
Important: This Is a Sales Role
The Centre Manager should not view this as an administration or facility-management position. The primary objective of the role is to grow the centre's student base and revenue.
We are looking for someone who enjoys selling, speaking to customers, following up, closing opportunities and taking ownership of a number.
If you are someone who can run a centre, build relationships with parents and consistently deliver sales targets, this role is for you.
Compensation
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and demonstrated sales capability.
Performance Incentive: Additional variable incentive linked to enrolment and revenue targets.
Working Schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, including weekends. Monday will be the weekly day off.
Location: Whitefield, ITPL Road, Bangalore.
This role offers significant growth potential as Athlevate Sports Pvt. Ltd. expands its student base and centres.

Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
