About the Role
Vedas Exports is looking for a smart, technology-driven AI & E-Commerce Executive who has practical experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini.
This is not just a data-entry position. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI to analyse information, improve productivity, create content, automate repetitive work and support our e-commerce operations.
The candidate should be comfortable learning new AI tools and implementing them in daily business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Use ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and other AI tools for daily business activities.
- Analyse Excel/Google Sheets reports and prepare useful summaries and insights using AI.
- Assist management in analysing sales, inventory, advertising and operational reports.
- Create and improve product content using AI.
- Upload and update products on Amazon, Flipkart, other marketplaces and company website.
- Update product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, pricing and other information.
- Process and monitor online orders.
- Maintain online product/catalogue data accurately.
- Use AI tools for product image editing, background removal, lifestyle images, infographics and other e-commerce creatives.
- Create prompts and reusable AI workflows for repetitive business activities.
- Create and manage Custom GPTs, AI Agents and automated AI workflows.
- Research new AI applications that can improve productivity across the company.
- Help different departments adopt AI for faster and better execution.
AI Skills We Are Looking For
Candidate should have practical working knowledge of:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Google Gemini
- Prompt Engineering
- Custom GPT creation
- AI Agents / AI workflows
- AI-based report analysis
- AI image generation/editing tools
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Internet research using AI
Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Google Workspace, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or other marketplaces will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Must have actually used AI tools for work/projects — theoretical knowledge alone is not sufficient.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and business reports.
- Good written English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Fast learner who enjoys experimenting with new technology.
- Should be organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or digital operations will be preferred.

This is a full-time Work From Office position in Ranchi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
