Security Manager-Hotel Industry only
A Security Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the entire security operations of an organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Manage security staff and supervisors
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Handle incident management and investigations
- Coordinate with local police and emergency services
- Ensure CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems are functioning
- Prepare security reports for management
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management
- Strong decision-making and crisis handling
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Hotel Industry Experience Must
- Degree/Diploma (any field; security or defense background preferred)
- Experience in security operations (5–10 years)
- Ex-defense/police personnel often preferred
