Job description for Front Desk:
- Greeting and helping guests, clients, or customers in person, on the phone, or by email.
- Taking care of office supplies and handling correspondence (including emails, letters, and phone
calls)
- Keeping track of documents, records, and files, and ensuring they are organized and easily
accessible.
- Accurate and effective data entry and updating into databases and computer systems.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Receiving, classifying, and distributing goods and mail as well as preparing shipments and mail
for delivery.
- Conduct Initial round Interview for the Candidates
Drafting daily, weekly and monthly reports.
