About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Site Sales Executive to manage client interactions at project sites and coordinate with architects, site supervisors, and customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit project sites regularly to generate sales opportunities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with architects, site supervisors, contractors, and builders.
* Promote and explain company products/services to prospective clients.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
* Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
* Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
* Prepare daily visit reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, site sales, or a related role.
* Experience dealing with architects, site supervisors, builders, or construction-related industries will be an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel for site visits.
