LLB with knowledge of Indian corporate and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and notices.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain records of licenses, registrations, permits, and legal documents.
- Monitor renewal dates for statutory licenses and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist in preparing and filing legal documents with government departments.
- Support the management in handling legal disputes, court matters, and compliance issues.
- Verify legal documents related to properties, leases, vendors, and business agreements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all legal and company records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, labour regulations, FSSAI, Shops & Establishments, GST, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare legal reports and maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
- Perform any other legal or administrative duties assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
