We are looking for a Hardware Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain computer hardware and IT equipment. The candidate should have hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and hardware-related issues.
- Assemble, install, and configure computer systems.
- Replace and upgrade RAM, SSD/HDD, SMPS, motherboard, processor, and other hardware components.
- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and software.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform data backup and data migration.
- Maintain service reports and hardware inventory.
- Coordinate with customers and provide onsite/remote technical support.
- Ensure timely resolution of assigned service calls.

Preferred Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / Electronics / Computer Hardware
- 1–3 years of hardware support experience.
- Freshers with strong hardware knowledge may also apply.
