Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in building production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop GenAI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.

Build scalable RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.

Develop APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and databases.

Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost.

Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Required Skills
-
4 to 8 years of software engineering experience with Python.

Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.

Strong expertise in RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, pgvector).

Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, or Gemini ADK.

Good understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Good to Have

Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA, Hugging Face).

AI evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, or TruLens.

Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
