JOB DESCRIPTION – SITE ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and construction quality.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and work records.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor construction activities in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, and inspection records.
- Support project planning, estimation, and coordination activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
