Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating leads/sales for our company. You will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and pitching products or services accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using pre-defined scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or generate quality leads.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances or escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. Freshers can apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in [specify languages: English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them confidently.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, data entry).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
