Job Description – VIP Services Associate/ Executive
The VIP Services Executive is an position dedicated to delivering exceptional and personalized service to high-value guests. This role supports the VIP Services team in ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and creating a welcoming and exclusive environment. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise within the luxury hospitality segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome VIP guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized escort to designated areas within the property.
- Manage and fulfill VIP guest requests efficiently, including reservations for dining, transportation, and accommodations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat visits.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about property facilities, services, and exclusive offerings.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience at all touchpoints.
- Monitor, update, and maintain VIP guest profiles, including preferences, activities, and special requirements.
- Ensure all guest data is handled with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy standards.
- Assist in planning and executing VIP events, including private gaming sessions and exclusive gatherings.
- Support the VIP Services team with administrative tasks and daily operational requirements.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance service skills and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HSSC), Diploma, or equivalent; certification in hospitality management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations, services, and guest handling standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
