Responsibilities
- Cover breaking news, events, press conferences, and interviews.
- Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
- Record professional audio using microphones and field equipment.
- Edit news packages, interviews, reels, and YouTube videos.
- Create engaging shorts for social media platforms.
- Assist in podcast and studio productions.
- Travel for field assignments across Odisha when required.
- Maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Deliver edited content within tight news deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Basic knowledge of camera settings, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel.
- News media experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage special editorial projects from planning to execution.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, podcasts, and guest appearances.
- Assist in planning documentary and special story productions.
- Coordinate with anchors, reporters, designers, editors, and clients.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and project reports.
- Handle communication with partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure timely execution.
- Support business development and branded content initiatives.
- Assist management in day-to-day operational planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
