Role Overview
We're looking for a creative Packaging Designer who believes packaging is more than just artwork, it's a brand experience.
You'll work on diverse projects across food & beverage, FMCG, personal care, and consumer brands, creating packaging that balances creativity, functionality, and production feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative packaging concepts that align with each client's brand strategy.
- Create packaging systems across multiple SKUs while maintaining consistency.
- Develop labels, cartons, pouches, sleeves, and other packaging formats.
- Build compelling presentations, mockups, and visual concepts for client pitches.
- Prepare print-ready production artwork with accurate technical specifications.
- Work closely with printers and manufacturers to ensure production accuracy.
- Understand packaging materials, printing methods, and finishing techniques.
- Explore structural packaging ideas alongside graphic design.
- Use AI tools for concept exploration, visualization, and creative ideation.
- Stay updated with global packaging trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Packaging Design, Structural Packaging Design and Visual Communication.
- Excellent typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
- Experience creating packaging for FMCG or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of packaging production, prepress, dielines, and print specifications.
- Ability to handle multiple packaging SKUs and product variants.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
