Position: Sales Operations Executive / Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily sales team activities through CRM.
- Maintain and update sales data accurately.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Track targets and follow up with sales staff.
- Support management with insights to improve revenue growth.
- Coordinate with field sales teams and distributors.
- Ensure timely data entry and reporting.
Skills Required:
- Good Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Reports).
- CRM software experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-up capability.
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–3 years experience in Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Operations.
