Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven marketing professional to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital and social media initiatives, and support brand growth across Ai-CHA India.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Ai-CHA India.
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and franchisees to produce marketing materials.
- Support new store openings, franchise marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, sales, and store traffic.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies.
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Coordinate with HQ Marketing to ensure brand guideline compliance.
- Organize events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Illustrator, and other marketing tools.
- Experience in F&B, retail, franchise, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to travel when required for store openings and marketing events.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
