Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Technical Sales Executive with experience in the technical sales and field trials of textile auxiliaries. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of textile chemicals, be willing to travel extensively across India, and possess the ability to develop business in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market textile auxiliaries through technical sales and product demonstrations.
- Conduct field trials at customer locations to evaluate product performance and provide technical support.
- Develop, manage, and expand the existing dealer and distributor network.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers and dealers.
- Identify product opportunities by studying customers' processing parameters, production challenges, and competitor products.
- Recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and textile processing units.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to address customer requirements and resolve technical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in technical sales and marketing of textile chemicals or textile auxiliaries.
- Sound knowledge of textile processing, dyeing, printing, or finishing operations.
- Ability to conduct technical trials and troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Experience working in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Honest, self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high professional integrity.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
