Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction and renovation activities on-site, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and blueprints.
- Quality & Safety Control: Monitor the quality of materials used and workmanship, enforcing strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, track project milestones, and report progress directly to the management team.
- Material Management: Estimate, order, and verify deliveries of construction materials to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Problem Solving: Identify site bottlenecks or design discrepancies early and implement practical, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in site engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in project management, estimation, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
