Job Purpose
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple residential facility management projects, with primary responsibility for manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance. The role involves close coordination with Operations, Finance, Site Teams, Clients and Senior Management to ensure effective workforce management and smooth HR delivery.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, technical, supervisory and managerial positions.
- Handle manpower requirements received from Operations and site teams.
- Prepare and monitor Candidate Request Forms and vacancy trackers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, consultants and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening, HR interviews and coordinate client/management interviews.
- Manage recruitment for positions such as:
- Facility Manager
- Technical Manager
- Help Desk Executive
- Clubhouse Executive
- Technical Engineer
- Civil Engineer
- Senior Accountant
- Soft Services Executive
- Housekeeping/Security/Support Staff
- Track vacancy ageing, recruitment TAT and position-wise status.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, document collection and pre-employment formalities.
- Manage BGV/reference verification coordination.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage complete employee onboarding process from selection to joining.
- Coordinate joining documentation, employee master data and HR documentation.
- Ensure timely PF, ESI, insurance and employee enrollment.
- Conduct/coordinate induction and orientation programmes.
- Coordinate deployment of employees to respective client sites.
- Ensure proper handover of employees to Operations/Site HR.
3. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across multiple sites.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
- Conduct employee interactions and identify employee concerns.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers and Site Teams for resolution of employee issues.
- Support employee retention initiatives and reduce avoidable attrition.
- Conduct exit discussions and analyse reasons for employee separation.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
4. Learning & Development
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on business and operational requirements.
- Prepare and implement annual/monthly training calendars.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical training programmes across sites.
- Organise training on:

- Maintain training records, attendance and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify further development requirements.
5. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate monthly attendance validation and payroll inputs.
- Review attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll-related data.
- Coordinate with Payroll/Finance for salary processing and discrepancies.
- Handle employee Full & Final Settlement (F&F) coordination.
- Coordinate salary corrections, arrears and employee deductions.
- Manage employee documentation and HR records.
- Coordinate insurance-related employee additions, deletions and claims.
- Support uniform issuance and employee welfare requirements.
6. Statutory Compliance & Labour Law
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF and ESI enrollment and related employee matters.
- Support statutory audits and labour inspections.
- Maintain necessary HR and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with external/internal stakeholders on labour-law-related matters.
- Handle employee-related documentation for labour disputes and proceedings.
- Maintain awareness and implementation of applicable labour regulations and HR policies.
7. Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance review processes.
- Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and performance monitoring.
- Track performance-related concerns in coordination with reporting managers.
- Assist management in documentation relating to performance, warnings and disciplinary actions.
- Provide HR inputs for confirmation, extension of probation and separation decisions.
8. Employee Movement & Separation
- Manage internal transfers and employee movement between sites.
- Coordinate Internal Shifting Forms and NOC processes.
- Manage resignation acceptance and notice-period tracking.
- Coordinate proper HOTO and handover formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare attrition analysis.
- Coordinate F&F settlement and relieving documentation.
9. HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS and management reports covering:
- Manpower status
- Recruitment status
- Vacancy ageing
- Joining numbers
- Attrition
- Employee movements
- Training
- Attendance
- Employee exits
- Provide regular HR updates to senior management.
- Analyse recruitment and attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and HR trackers.
10. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Administration and Senior Management.
- Coordinate with client representatives regarding manpower and employee-related matters.
- Support site teams in resolving HR and employee issues.
- Act as a bridge between employees, site management and corporate HR.
- Ensure timely closure of HR-related escalations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
