Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in chit fund / NBFC / finance sector)
- Experience in team handling and branch operations
- Strong sales and target achievement background
- Good knowledge of collections and customer handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive branch sales targets and business growth
- Generate new business through customer acquisition and local market development
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and collection team
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies for branch growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure timely collections and minimize defaults
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market
- Track branch performance and prepare reports
- Handle customer queries and escalations effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with head office and internal teams
- Conduct field visits and support team in closing deals
- Take ownership of sales targets by engaging in field activities when required

- Two-wheeler & valid driving license
- Ability to handle field pressure and targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
