About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with respective teams.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely follow-up on key tasks and decisions.
- Prepare daily/weekly updates and management reports for the CEO.
- Assist the CEO in tracking important projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and related requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Support the CEO in preparing presentations, business proposals, and other strategic documents.
- Conduct basic research and gather information required for business decisions.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: ₹14,616.08 - ₹60,516.85 per month
