Job Summary
Scopetech Software Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Associate Technical Trainer to train, mentor, and support students in software development technologies. The candidate will assist in delivering high-quality training programs, guide students through practical exercises and projects, and help them develop industry-ready skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on programming and software development technologies.
- Assist senior trainers in conducting classes, workshops, and bootcamps.
- Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions and lab activities.
- Support students in completing assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual mentoring when required.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and technical discussions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, notes, and assessments.
- Evaluate assignments, tests, and project submissions.
- Assist in organizing mock interviews, coding challenges, and placement preparation activities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve technical knowledge.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and student performance reports.
- Support curriculum development and content updates.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of one or more technologies such as Python, Java, Full Stack Development, PHP, Laravel, Django, .NET, SQL, Data Analytics, or AI Tools.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts and project lifecycle.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong technical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience in software development.
- Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical support experience is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in programming, cloud computing, or data analytics are a plus.
Experience
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Software Development, Technical Training, or related fields.
