Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to join our team.Job description:Electrical Supervisor – MiningThe Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for all electrical systems and equipment used in mining operations to ensure maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency. The role includes overseeing electrical maintenance of HEMM, crushers, conveyors, pumps, substations, DG sets, and other mining infrastructure. The incumbent will troubleshoot electrical faults, monitor equipment performance, supervise electricians and contractor manpower, conduct safety inspections, implement LOTO procedures, and ensure strict compliance with DGMS and statutory regulations. The position requires close coordination with operations, mechanical, stores, and procurement teams to support uninterrupted mining activities. The Electrical Supervisor will also maintain maintenance records, manage electrical spare parts, support commissioning activities, conduct toolbox talks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must possess a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering along with a valid Electrical Supervisor's Certificate of Competency for Mining and 5–10 years of relevant experience in mining, cement, or heavy industrial operations.
