Job Title: Maintenance & Facility Manager
Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospital engineering, maintenance, and facility operations.
- Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, DG sets, STP, WTP, medical gas pipeline system, and civil maintenance.
- Develop preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services throughout the hospital.
- Supervise housekeeping support related to engineering services.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, utility consumption reports, and asset registers.
- Optimize maintenance costs while ensuring high operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering.
- 5–10 years of hospital facility management experience.
- Strong knowledge of hospital engineering systems and statutory compliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
