Samjin Global Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is a newly established Korean freight forwarding company in India. We provide international Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and integrated logistics solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive who is excited to grow with a start-up organization and help establish efficient operational processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Ocean and Air Freight import/export operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
- Handle shipment bookings and shipping documentation.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve operational issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the setup and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in establishing operational workflows and best practices for the new organization.
- Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Import/Export and Air Import/Export procedures.
- Experience handling international shipping documentation.
- Good understanding of Indian Customs and logistics processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Korean customers or Korean freight forwarding companies is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience in setting up new operational processes or supporting a start-up logistics organization.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
