- Supervision and handling of Grain & Milling, Liquefaction, Fermentation, Distillation, Evaporation, MSDH, Decantation, Dryer and Utility section.
- Prepare operating manual and SOP for the plant.
- Providing training to operators and maintenance personnel on the use and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Maintain the daily DPR report.
- Make graphical modifications of PLC & DCS displays for easy operation.
- Prepareof PID audit report of plant to ensure proper designing of plant and suggesting required modifications for future perspectives.
-Need to handle the process operations and shift allocations with monitoring
Qualification: Graduate in Chemical Engg. or Master/Dip in Alcohal Technology
Experience: 5+ year in grain based distillery.
