About the role
Sujatha High School, Chapel Road, Abids is looking for a full-time librarian to manage the school library and support reading habits across classes 1 to 10.
Responsibilities
Cataloguing, issuing and tracking books; maintaining accession registers
Managing library periods and supervising students
Curating age-appropriate collections and recommending new purchases
Conducting reading activities, book weeks and competitions
Annual stock verification and upkeep of library records
Requirements
B.Lib.Sc. / M.Lib.Sc. (or equivalent)
1–3 years' experience, preferably in a school library
Working knowledge of library software and basic computer skills
Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi
