We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage overseas recruitment operations for GCC, Europe, and other international markets. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and deploying candidates while ensuring client satisfaction and achieving recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment processes for various international clients.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and recruitment campaigns.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate client interviews, trade tests, and selection processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding recruitment progress and manpower planning.
- Lead and mentor recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with documentation, visa processing, medical, and mobilization teams for candidate deployment.
- Develop and manage relationships with sub-agents, recruitment partners, and sourcing channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.
- Prepare recruitment reports, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas recruitment, preferably for GCC or European markets.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
