White Wharf Beach Resort is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to the General Manager to provide executive and administrative support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, maintain strict confidentiality, and be capable of coordinating with various hotel departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role typically includes executive diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination, record keeping, and support for interdepartmental communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, prepare, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Coordinate with all department heads for operational updates and management reports.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors on behalf of the General Manager.
- Maintain organized filing systems and administrative records.
- Assist in preparing reports, budgets, presentations, and departmental documentation.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings, events, and VIP visits.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the General Manager.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
